I'm a bit torn sometimes. I definitely like hopping on the frugal train. At the same time, I'm a decorator. I like everything to look pretty and matching and nice, even if I'm living in a cheap apartment with IKEA furniture.
So, anyone got some special tips for those of us who enjoy decorating and sprucing up our living spaces, but don't want to break the bank?
