This is a topic that I've been giving a lot of thought to lately. As a millennial with an average job paying an average salary, my finances can be pretty tight. Student loans, credit card bills, rent... it all adds up quick.
Currently, my employer doesn't do much if anything to assist with my financial situation. I feel like there's a bit of a financial education gap for me and I'm not sure what the best way to go about filling that is.
Here's my thought. If employers pay for insurance to take car of your health, your family, and your retirement, why should they not also do SOMETHING to take care of my financial health? As a young millennial, I can tell you that keeping my finances under control is a much bigger concern than a freaking life insurance policy....Then again maybe I'm just crazy. Anyway, let me know what you all think. All thoughts and opinions are appreciated!
