I am secured financially and have secured another job opportunity. My company is shutting down and all of my senior management has left. I cannot take the stress anymore and am considering rage quitting. What are the repercussions of not giving two weeks notice and leaving immediately before starting my other job?
I would not physically be rage quitting in person, however I would craft a professional email and send it to my team.
