So I have an old cast iron claw foot tub that I want to change the faucet on. The old one leaks, and is just ugly, old, and was cheap to begin with. Here it is:http://ift.tt/2rAlMME has the normal 3 3/8" center to center width. I just use it for showers so I needed one with a shower riser, the little hand shower ones on a flexible hose weren't going to work for me. I found this that I want to replace it with:http://ift.tt/2s5apjc've replaced half a dozen regular sink faucets in my life, but never a faucet on a claw foot tub... this is what the supply lines look like on the back:http://ift.tt/2rzQqpf this as simple of an operation as a sink faucet would be? Was looking for any feedback or first hand experience doing this... also if anyone thinks I'll need any adapters or any additional materials beyond the standard stuff before I start. Should say that this is my only bathroom and the only shut off valve for the water is also to the entire bathroom and kitchen, so I don't want to run into any issues that couldn't be resolved in a day >.<. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2ssGO3S
