There is a high pitch monotone sound coming from what sounds like the apartment downstairs every time someone turns a tap on and off. The sound is originating from somewhere below one of my toilets (sound is loudest when i put my ear to this toilet). Thinking it may also be the sound of a dodgy water pump though I'm sure these are kept in the basement where I shouldnt be able to hear them.What is likely to be the offending issue? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2sch0s4
