I am will be interviewing for a position in a large auto company in a few days and will be moving up exponentially in salary. My current is 60k and was told this new position is upwards of that. ($$) the position is in management for logistics. I am being considered for two positions, one is higher in pay and responsibly. I want to make sure I do this right and also would like to know how to talk about other compensation like stock options. I am young and do now have anyone around me who has sound advice in this.
