Wages are low and housing prices are high, so I am quitting the housing market. I am just going to pay for a basement suite in my parents' place and live rent free. It would be nice if there were a community of people to discuss this new lifestyle.
I have lived on my own before. It's expensive, and makes it hard to get ahead. As university graduation approaches, I am realizing that the super duper career that was going to make me able to afford a house just isn't going to be that high paying. Instead of downsizing to a studio apartment, I'm just going to stay here.
Reddit search is terrible. Someone from Google should fix it.
