Apologies if this is a simple thing to do but I've been looking on google and I can only find places telling me to use a drill but I have no / can't afford a drill but need a hole asap.Moved into a new house and tried to put our sink cabinet near the wall tap but the hole that you connect the pipe from the sink to (that the sink water flows to) is about 8 inches from the wall on the floor sticking up out of it. At the moment we just have the sink pushed up against it and water is dripping all over the gap and wooden floor. So I need to cut a hole in our sink unit and then I'll pop the hole over the hole and I am guessing the problem will be sorted. The sink unit base is a pretty thing sheet of metal. I have a toolbox with a bunch of old saw blades, a hammer, and a few screwdrivers. Any advice? Also, while you are here, my fridge freezer is leaking water all over the floor. I read that the freezer will defrost and leak sometimes but my fridge freezer seems to be leaking everyday. Any simple fixes? I was thinking about trying to find the leaks and put a tray underneath to catch the water until I can get someone to look at it but if there is a simple fix that would be better.Cheers via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2rJOnQz
