[help] Are there any double sided tapes that would adhere Silicone to any surface?

Stuck on a project, it's supposed to be a sticker of sorts, but it's not sticking. The silicone piece is going to be placed on different surfaces, such as plastic, rubber, paper, etc. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2stjH5n
