8 of my last 11 contributions have been made well after the 15th of the following month. A couple of them have been 2 months late. I spoke to HR and my direct manager about it and both said they can't do anything about it. That I can go talk to the CEO if I want any answers. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with this.
