Hi everyone, I made to scale plans for the built in bookshelves that I am putting in my living room. Everything is going well except I have to add a base to make the bookshelves higher to make room for the baseboards to be re-attached. I am wondering what is the best way to make the base (has to be 3.5 inches tall) and how to attach it to the studs in the wall? Any ideas would be appreciated!
