In order of importance, aside from the aforementioned requirements and recommendations, I am seeking...
(1) Comfort. I'll be on my feet much of the day. (2) Durability. Not looking to replace them every few months or so; I'd like to see them last a minimum of a year. (3) Aesthetics. Leather, maybe? Tan preferred.
Also, the position is in a climate-controlled shop and will rarely ever require outdoor activity.
