Hey guys, I'm hoping to get some help. Basically, I'm looking for a second credit card but I have some specific requirements and there's so many cards out there I don't know which ones I'll be able to get approved for.

I'm looking for a card with a 0% APR period but also gives moderately high starting limits (at least 4k). I need about 3-4k extra + my savings to cover surgery costs at the end of next month, which is why I'm in kind of a rush to get this credit card. Normally, I'd be happy to start off with a low CL and build my way up but I just don't have time. All the 0% APR cards I've been looking into all seem to have low starting limits, which I feel kind of defeats the purpose of having a long 0% period in the first place?

Background: I have one credit card right now with a limit of $1200 but a high APR. I don't use it as much as I should, but whenever I do I pay it off in full every month. I make 40k annually, and have a credit score in the 740s. I haven't applied for any other credit/loans before. The one big thing I'm worried about is that my credit file is pretty short, about 10 months.

Is what I'm looking for impossible? Are there any 0% cards out there that are known for giving higher starting limits and approvals for stats like mine?

I would really appreciate some CC recommendations and advice, and would be so thankful it if you could share your own experiences.
