Hey all, I will be moving to NYC (Brooklyn) in July. I lived there over the summer as an intern, and I found that a huge problem I had was finding a good grocery place. Trader Joe's was surprisingly the cheapest I can find, but it really was not reliable as I had to lug a large amount of groceries on the subway.
I heard Fresh Direct was the way to go- is this true? How are their prices? It is my understanding that grocery stores are dying in the city, and that this is a good alternative. Suggestions are very welcome.
