my mum wants to take a loan out for a car in my name. The thing is I dont want a loan in my name, almost everyone in my family has bad credit from unpaid loans and i dont want mine screwed like the rest of them. what could be the consequences of her having loan in my name if she stops paying it? any advice is welcome edit: im not getting a loan in my name. thanks for the advice
