Looking for a plan for 2 lines that has
-Unlimited Talk/Text
-at least 10GB data for line 1, and 3GB data for line 2
-coverage better or comparable to AT&T, especially across California
-as little throttling as possible
I have no allegiance to any carrier, so any recommendations would be appreciated!
