Bought a Flowfold wallet almost exactly 2 years ago. I'm super-hard on my belongings, and vegan, so finding a good wallet has been challenging.
Recently noticed the material had developed a small hole which doesn't affect functionality. Wrote a brief note to the company, got back an immediate email from one of the owners, and two days later I had a new replacement, coupon code for future purchases, and a sticker. Not bad for a company big enough to be sold by LL Bean, making stuff from diverted waste.
