I'm living in South Korea and will probably be here for the next 5-10 years.

Browsing this subreddit gets me nervous about theft identity and credit fraud, so I was thinking that since I never use my American credit cards maybe it's best just to freeze my credit until I move back home permanently.

I check my credit cards once a month, so maybe that's good enough? Or maybe I should sign up for a credit monitoring service or a theft identity service?

(Also just wanna say that this is my favorite sub in the redditverse. There should be classes in high school and college dedicated to just browsing here daily.)
