Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right so maybe someone can simply redirect me to a better place to post this. Hopefully it isn't the case.

TL;DR: Me and my dad with Alzheimers are living off his savings, I'm still a minor and still studying and he's making no income and receiving no pension/welfare/assistance. What can I do?

Some Background: I am currently 17, my father is 79, my mother is 55, they are divorced and we all live in Spain. Both parents are currently unemployed and have no income. My father used to run an art dealership business but after the 2008 crisis, debts started to mount and a couple years after my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimers which didn't help the business either. Eventually the company entered "liquidation" (I'm just parroting, can't get into many details) and its currently being sold to a new owner by the bank so they can cover the debts, or at least thats what i was explained. Both the apartment where I live (with my mother) and the one where my father lives are properties that are owned by the company and we have until September before we get evicted unless we arrange some rent agreement with the new owner. I want to live with my dad after this happens because I don't think its safe for him to live alone. My father is British and officially resides in Gibraltar, although he lives here in Spain. He's worked in Spain and in the UK. My father has no income and is too old to work. My mother has no income and is too old to re-enter the workforce, and if she did she wouldn't support my father (they don't speak to each other). All these year's we've been living off the savings my father had in his account, but currently they stand at 35k and with me entering university next year (or the following if needed, I can't afford to leave with my dad's situation unsolved), the expenses of moving to a new place, plus any unexpected expenses I feel extremely anxious. I work part time in the weekends but just enough to cover my own "expenses" (clothes, paying for the gym membership..). Its also minimum wage which doesn't leave too much space for me to help. We spend around 15k a year, so if things go well it should be enough for only 2 years, and that's being positive.

My father is currently receiving no old age pension or unemployment benefits and never has. I went with him to check and got his "vida laboral" (working history? i guess) in Spain and it was 11 years worked since 1998, 4,000 and something days. To get a full pension you need to have worked 15 years worked at least. To get the non-contributive (for people that have been less or no time in the workforce) you need to live in Spain and he legally resides in Gibraltar, so he is not illegible for either (afaik, we haven't checked with a professional so I'm not 100% sure) I have no idea if he can get a pension from Gibraltar from the time he worked in the UK; or if that time could supplement the 4 extra years he needs in Spain. I also have no clue if there's any other thing he could be checking in. As I have said he's currently receiving no welfare/benefits/pension etc. and never has. I'm currently trying to do the paperwork to acquire British nationality because I wish to study there in Uni next year (I'm ser teaching A-levels), so maybe when I go to Gibraltar next time I can go check in somewhere.

He can't do any paperwork by himself so this falls all to me and I am so, so lost. Any response is appreciated

Edit: Also, I forgot to add this at the beginning but the only valuable goods that he currently owns that I can think off are paintings. By paintings I mean loads and loads of paintings, definitely around 1,000. Anyone got any advice on that?
