Update 2: Today they officially removed my previous title and asked me to do two jobs at once, adding on the duties of a weekend receptionist and unofficially doing all the work of an admissions coordinator. I don't have the motivation, the drive, or the attitude to continue here and it's affecting my work. I'm conflicted on whether or not to go in and put in my two weeks now or wait until I find a new gig. It's affecting my mental well being, i'm wrought with stress and I haven't been eating. Im not being compensated for the work their having me do. I have about 3 months, or four if I really stretch it savings saved up. Im not interested in working for this company or this field again.
When asked about my general change in disposition they seemed surprised and told me to ride it out and things will get better with time.
I'm fucking floored.
