Currently reading a book on Point & Figure Charting by Thomas J Dorsey. I was taught in school that any sort of technical analysis is 'voodoo magic'. However, this strategy is built on the simple economic concept of supply and demand. Additionally, it stresses using technical analysis as well as fundamental analysis in evaluating an investment opportunity. So I feel like this might have some legit reasoning backing it up.
Wondering if any investors have used this or other forms of technical analysis and can talk about their experience/thoughts?
