My Dad is retiring in the next year with plenty of money and want to put it to use instead of having it sit around. They want something that their kids (6 of us, 3 living in the same town) can work with and benefit from in the future for school, jobs, etc. They have played with the idea of putting it towards flipping houses and have even asked for me to participate and head some of the projects as I am waiting to get in to graduate school. Does anyone know of any ideas that I could bring up with them? Thanks!!
