On 3/16 I received an email that my salary was adjusted +$2/hr. Yesterday I received another email that it was reduced by $1/hr. I asked my HR Manager and she said she would look into it. 20 minutes later I received another email that my salary had been adjusted again, reduced by another $1/hr bringing it back to the original rate before the "raise". I am pretty sure they are within their right to say it was a mistake since I did not sign a salary adjustment letter. My question is: do I have any leverage to get my increased rate for any time worked before the salary reduction? I live/work in Oregon. Thanks.
