Hey all!I'm on the tail end of a massive home renovation project (hardwood flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, etc). One of the last pieces of this puzzle is to finish the backsplash in the kitchen.I tried my best when removing the old tiles not to damage the drywall, but some spots ended up worse than others.I'm handy in many areas, but drywall isn't something I've ever replaced, refinished, or tiled over before - that's why I'm here! Some pictures are below, but my question is this - do I need to cut out this drywall and replace it with new, or can I refinish it? If I can refinish it, what should be done to make sure the backsplash adheres correctly?PicturesThanks! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2o1u2VD
