That's what our electric bill says this month - $26.41 due for 38 kWhs and servicing charges--this is based on an actual meter reading according to the bill. We live in an apartment in NYC and our usual use this time of year is about 190 kWhs. We have never had a bill this low ever--lowest previous electric bill was $56.
We just 3 weeks ago started getting aggressive about keeping lights off and unplugging the TV when not in use (I'm guilty of going about the house leaving all the lights on and I'm finally changing my ways). Could it really make that dramatic of a difference? Is there a way to find out?
What does your electric bill look like? :)
