First things first I just want to explain that I'm a 19yo male who has almost zero disposable income due to my paychecks going towards bills and food (I make $1200 a month with approximately 520 toward rent and utilities bills, $250 saving up for a new car because mine broke down, $120 toward food (my gf eats over almost daily so I'm feeding two, $170-190 going toward CC payments (I know, irresponsible. But I had horrible financial advice growing up) Netflix, phone bill, and Xbox live. With about $40 going toward taking my gf out to eat twice a month. So basically $1120 out of $1200 is accounted for. Also, I do not have a car right now because mine broke down and needs an engine, but I'm lucky enough to work with my mother so she picks me up and takes me to work on her way to work

I've been living with my roommate since December of 2015 and we haven't had any problems until this January, where she turned batshit crazy after coming back from winter break. Like as in, literally screaming at me because I didn't say "hi" to her every time she came home.

Well last month it took a turn for the crazy when she kept messing up my washing machine and then would remove my clothes from the dryer if I wasn't home, even if they weren't done. So I politely asked her twice to stop that, and when she didn't I asked her to use the laundry mat because I didn't want her to keep screwing up my washer.

And then with our bills due starting yesterday, she bombed it on me that she's taking $25 off her utilities payments because I won't let her use the washer (which only adds maybe $10 a month onto our bills) and that she's moving out in two weeks because she graduates and that she's paying her part of the rent directly to the landlord but is not paying utilities once she leaves, which leaves me with another $140-170 a month extra that I'll need to pay, and there's nothing I can do about it because the bills are not in her name, they're in my name. The lease also ends on August 1st, and I'll still continue to get the bills until probably October/November because the electric and water are bills two or so months behind.

I basically just need help figuring out what to do next. The first things I thought were cutting out cable, Internet, and Netflix which will free up about $125 a month. But then I'll have to deal with the disconnect fees that will be like $250 a piece and I don't have that kind of money.

Any help/advice is truly appreciated, and thank you for taking the time to help me out as I have nobody to go to for advice.
