So I recently got into making my own fire logs after watching some videos from junk mail and scrap paper/cardboard which saves a ton since I don't have to buy firewood.
What I can't find are cheap/frugal DIY fire pit starters. All I've found so far are the ones with pine cones a paraffin wax but there are very few pine trees where I live.
Does anyone have any suggestions that I can use? I'm not looking for anything too complicated but I would like to find something that I can make on the cheap/free from everyday items as we plan on having fire pits pretty regularly this year.
