I was reading the Morningstar analyst's report on SEP (Spectra Energy Partners MLP), but there wasn't enough context to parse this statement, and I don't know what they're talking about. Specifically, I'm asking what, in this context, a "project" is:
"SEP provides Spectra with a tax-efficient way to fund its growth, an important consideration since Spectra has billions of projects currently in execution and billions more of identified growth projects, which provides solid distribution growth visibility through the end of the decade."
