I was hoping to buy a nice ~10inch pan but I wasn't sure if it really mattered where I got it from. Will cheap Walmart cast iron last as long as an expensive one from a fancy brand? I know it's largely dependent on how it's treated but I'd still rather just get a better one if it's not too much more.
