Hey, some much needed input on selecting a mechanic's toolset would be helpful! I'm just looking at grabbing one of the tool sets listed below. I'm looking to grab one for random DIYs and occasional maintenance on my car so nothing special or for the job or anything. And I was hoping to pick the best one based on build quality/usefulness/longevity but since searching around says that they are all the same since they are from China nowadays it's hard to pick and I don't really have the time to go building a set piece by piece from old school USA craftsmans/etc. I also have sears/home depots/lowes all near by so not sure how to go about choosing. And the fact that the kobalt 314 piece set is cheaper than the 227 piece set throws me off.
