I recently became aware that you can file a "restricted" application, which allows you to collect a portion of Spousal Benefits while delaying your own. I know File and Suspend was done away with, howver, they seem almost the same...can anyone enlighten? how are these different. I know there is an age limitation, but not sure how else they differ.
