Hey everyone, I'm saving up for a holiday and therefore trying not to spend any money at all. I of course still buy food, but also use up foods I own before repurchasing them. I swear I had food for like two to three weeks in stock. Also, I try not to buy anything else, except absolute needs. Rather, I will lend things from neighbors or find another way to do what I need to do. I also don't buy any food on the go. To make this easier, I tend not to take any money with me at most times. It was weird at first, but honestly, what could happen...?

For the future: I won't buy frozen vegetables (since I don't like them anyways), generally buy less food and start planning meals. I won't buy processed food, because that's cheaper and healthier. Also I'll prep meals in the evening and take them to uni. Most of the time that tastes better anyways.

Just wanted to put it into words and share it. Maybe someone finds value in it.
