i was wondering if there were any places online that i could use to loan money to people and sort of invest in them or their business and get a return off of? does such a thing exist? i was thinking lending tree but not too sure about them.
i have about 10-15k lying around and would rather see it grow than sit around. alternatives are also welcome.
