i rent a rent stabilized apartment in queens, new york - just a one bedroom. building owned by a slumlord who doesn't care about the building. i wonder if there is anything i can do for solar, any gadgets i dont know about? i am by a window facing the street. i had bought a solar charger for my cell phone and of course became obsessed with free energy - i don't know if there's any way i can get free electricity. my bill is about $65 a month, not too bad, but i love the idea of free energy...any ideas?
