About a year ago I bought an empty lot (cash) worth about 30,000. Since then I've been drawing and planning to build a house on it. From a previous real estate sale and by saving my own moneye I've. Been able to scrape together about 40,000. The budget for the house is about 80,000.
I've had a hard time getting a construction loan for the house because banks... Ateast local ones. Seem to have a minimum for construction loans. I haven't been able to get anywhere. Whit this in a while and I'm getting a little frsutated because it seems that a loan this small should be easy enough to get. I have average to great credit. I haven't checked in a while. But it should be fine. Anyway any advice is greatly appreciated.
