Good morning! I'm having an awful time with Comcast and would love some assistance. I'm renting a house and back in September, someone hit one of those Comcast service boxes in my yard. Seeing a Comcast tag inside of it, I called them up for the repair. Two or three days go by and it gets repaired. Cue up yesterday, I get a call from the management company saying that someone is placing a lien on the home for the price of the repair. Comcast says they tried reaching out to us, that they've left business cards and tried to contact us. The next door neighbor thinks it was us and told Comcast that, and now they are standing behind this as their big evidence. I signed nothing from the gentleman who repaired it. We aren't even Comcast users, and they are trying to stuff us with the bill of a little over a grand.
