I'm planning on buying a car soon, but I don't have any particular deadline. I could go today, or I could wait 6 months, doesn't really matter.
I know what I want and have an idea of what it will cost if I went to the dealer today. I'm wondering whether it would be worth it to wait until August or so, when the end of the year sales are going on (how big a discount could I expect?), or just take the President's Day special financing deals, or what exactly.
I have no experience buying a new car, all I know comes from the various ads I've heard and seen over the years (must clear our inventory to make room! Huge President's Say sale!).
