I am looking for some investment suggestions i can make personally (ie not in my 401k). I want some help from those who have made cash-producing investments already before I begin saving and investing money in anything.
ETF's, REITs, high-yield dividend stocks, etc. Any examples or suggestions are much appreciated. I'll do research as well, but wanted to get a headstart (and a little shove of encouragement from some finance-minded people) before diving into research.
I am financial statement literate, and will read those for any suggested stocks. I appreciate any other recommendations for research.
