Receipt Hog and Receipt Pal are both available via the Apple Store and the Play Store. I typically use Receipt Hog (because I didn't find Receipt Pal as friendly), and usually submit enough for a $30 Amazon gift card around Christmas every year.
It's free money, and although it takes time, it does work. I got a $30 gift card in December, and had enough to get a magazine subscription in February.
