Money burns a hole in my pocket. I always seem to have a reason to buy something. Wether it's fast food, household necessities or silly things like makeup. My SO and I eat fast food so often like 5 times a week. We want to get healthy and be better with money. We've tried budgetting but something always "comes up" even when we budget every cent to something specifically. I have depression and anxiety and already see a therapist. I'm always trying to keep up with others which I guess stems from self esteem issues. I'm not sure what to do or where to start.
