Looking for a pair of loafers - something preferably under $200 & definitely under 300. I'm nonbinary and my feet are a size 38- so a lot of women's shoes are too femme but men's shoes tend to be too big (at least in store stock).

I love the Gucci bit loafers, but I am a college student heading to grad school, and with a (hopeful) life in academia those will likely never be reasonable nor something I could ever afford. Really, my goal is something simple, comfortable, and flexible - would work with a variety of outfits (I tend to wear clean skinny jeans and classic t shirts but sometimes might wear them with skinny fit slacks).

I have a fairly minimalist closet, and I'm already planning on saving up for a pair of Solovair Chelseas for more formal wear. The loafers would be more of my everyday, rotated with my Dr. Martens (they sell a waterproof 8-eye of which I haven't yet found a better version).

Also- with the loafers, Docs, and Chelseas I'm in the market for one more pair of shoes that are more appropriate for summer wear. I currently live in Alabama, and it gets far too hot to wear full shoes but I can't stand the look of Chacos. Are there any neutral, not-ugly sandals that you can recommend? I'll do Birkenstocks if I have to, but I would love something along the lines of men's gladiators (tend to be higher quality and less ~fast fashion~ looking). My price point would be approx. $150.
