BIFL trimmers like the peanut do not allow you to really vary the trimming/clipping length very much (only 4 attachments are available I believe). What i'm looking for is a variable trimmer that can do a close trim or larger trim (lets say 10 mm). It should be able to vary the length with at least 0.5 mm increments. I require a variable length trimmer because I have developed a particular beard trim that suits me very well. My current trimmer is shit as it breaks down and I keep loosing my charger. A cable attached trimmer is thus prefered.
