Truly a BIFL company. The owner takes so much pride in his work and really takes the time to read all his reviews and focus on quality. The customer service is the friendliest I've ever had.
I bought a watch strap on mass drop for 32 dollars and I emailed him about maybe buying another one but maybe thinning it so it can fit my watch (its an old watch so it couldn't really fit the new strap). Instead of all that he said he couldn't do that but he gave me a discount code for 32 dollars. He even mixed the colors for me even though he had so many orders over the holiday season. It came and left a review that it was amazing quality and mentioned how I wanted to get a different color. He sends me another one and lets me keep this one. Honestly the best company I've dealt with. Amazing service and amazing quality for leather products.
