I'm in the market for a new necklace. Do jewelry stores generally have after Valentine sales or should I take advantage of the sales going on now? I'm always leery about buying jewelry before a holiday because I feel like they mark stuff up to make their "sales" looks more enticing.
So should I wait it out or go ahead and buy myself an early Valentines gift?
