I own the Wool Mackinaw Cruiser in the Seattle fit. By far my favorite jacket. I've been wearing it everyday and all day this winter. Horrified today I look at my elbow and see a pretty big hole/tear.
A quick CS chat and filling out a repair form later and my jacket is on its way to being repaired. For free! No hassle, no question asked. Also I find it amazing that if they attempt to repair an item and it is not fixable they let you swap for a brand new one.
Now I know it might take over a month for me to get my jacket back but it's still amazing that a company is willing to fix it's product no questions asked for the entirety of its life. This jacket will last me a lifetime!
