Hello. I've been lurking for a while now and wanted to know what the best angle to approach getting a roof redone. I was looking through the search bar but wanted to ask here for my parents, they don't use reddit. like what to research and things I should be wary of, other's stories on frugally approaching things etc.
we are not in the best place financially and I have a lot of health issues so I can't work atm, but I would like to help them save money on other things the best I can. I've looked for stuff on meals and re-purposing here, but if anyone can share tips or stuff that helped them (or point me in the direction) of dealing with credit card debt, that would be nice too.
edit: also, roof is leaking in some places. anyone deal with water damage? right now it's only in small places but it's been a rainy start of a year. I just really want to help my parents.
