So as you all know, L.L. Bean is having their big spring sale at the moment. This sale can be combined with an additional 15% when opening a bean Visa card. Needless to say, sales are to be had.
My wife and I are looking to pick up a BIFL comforter. My thoughts are we might as well go big or go home and purchase the permabaffle box since we can get it for almost 40% off when everything is said and done. Not to mention the lifetime guarantee (maybe?) and this comforter is an instant heirloom. My wife is convinced that we only need the box stitch.
We live in the upper southeast, during the winter we keep our themostat set at 59 at night, so the master bedroom usually hovers a bit lower than that. Hoping to get some opinions on which comforter some of you went with and what temperature you homes are set at and whether or not the comforter you went with suffices. I just hate to spend $200+ on a comforter only to have to add another blanket (or two) when we could have spent $325 and be fine no matter where we go.
