Sent in some gloves (Venta) with holes in them and got an email a few days later. The warranty rep asked me to select a pair of gloves to be sent out for replacement. I replied with my selection. Two months later, no gloves, no communication. Sent a couple follow-up emails, nothing. Called the guy and left a voicemail, nothing. It's been 2.5 months since the gloves were sent. Now I kind of regret it since despite the holes the gloves were still usable and cost $60.
