I have about $10,000 in savings that I would like to move into an Ally account (they are offering 1% APY and I am currently getting 0.60% with PNC). When I started researching them I found so many horrible reviews. One thing I think I noticed was a lot of the bad reviews were from people trying to do a lot of transactions with their account and had bad money habits, over drafting frequently. I am thinking that Ally might be no problem for those with good discipline with their money but tougher on people who make a lot of foolish mistakes. What do you think?
