I had a crueset dutch oven, but the thing is impossible to manipulate with one hand (say for pouring or scraping with a tool in the other hand) and I was looking to replace it.
I saw this thing, and it matches some of the other stuff in my kitchen nicely, but being cast aluminum I'm a little worried about how well it will hold up.
Do any of you have cast aluminum cookware? Anyone can vouch for its durability?
